Hello I hoping someone can give me feedback or advice on how to successfully do this. I work on video projects where I have anywhere from 50-100 video clips to work with. Out of those clips I usually stitch about 2-3 clips together using "Stitch Clips Together" cutting down the total number of clips in half. Problem is every time I select a few clips and click Ingest, the Ingest window goes away. So I have to reopen the Ingest window and wait for the all the clips to load every single time I want to stitch together another set of clips. Doing this 25-50 times in a row is very annoying. Plus its difficult to remember which clips you have already Ingested and which you have not. I have brought this up to Adobe several times and they said they where working on update to resolve these issues by possibly having the Ingest window stay on the main page, or a Render Queue button and/or something that shows what clips have already been Ingested. But after waiting so long and the new CC 2014 update not having addressed any of these issues, I'd thought I'd ask everyone if they have a strategy on working with this many clips and stitching them together? Any advice would help, thank you!!
