Accessing Media Server using WinSCP.

Hello experts,

I am getting "Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available" message when trying to access the server using root account.  It works with amsadmin except I am not able to display the /mnt directory.  Any help will be greatly appriciated.

I am getting the same problem.

No supported authentication methods available (server sent: publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic)
