How to create storyboard/workflow?

I'm very new to CP8 (several hours new) and read with interest the short piece here on creating a storyboard and workflow first. I always think that's the best approach to build something like this. However, it doesn't say how to use CP8 to do that. Typically I use outlining tools and create the visuals last, but it's not obvious to me how to do that here without using external text editing tools. Any suggestions?

One way to begin would be to create a blank project, then duplicate the slide several times. Then click File > Print... and choose the Storyboard output. This should create a Microsoft Word document you could use.
