WGIT1 Jun 26, 2014 7:40 AM (in response to cristinel@adobe)Some of my clients are report they are unable to attach PDF files with this new Webmail system that went live today. When they try to Attach/Upload a file they are getting a message "File upload failed". I have verified this is the case. I reported the problem within the email system several weeks ago while in the Preview Mode. It looks like the issue was never fixed. Are others having the same problem?

Abhishek Maurya Jun 26, 2014 9:17 AM (in response to WGIT1)Hi John,
This has been confirmed as an issue and has been reported to opensrs, our email provider. They are working to get this resolved at this point, however, we don't have an ETA.
Will keep this thread posted with updates on this.

JonnyLutz Jun 26, 2014 11:40 AM (in response to cristinel@adobe)Is there a way I can go back to the original WebMail version?
This new one sucks pretty good. Constantly having trouble opening emails, responding to emails, deleting emails, downloading from emails, and just about every time I attempt to do one of those things, it tells me it has lost communication with the server. OH and trying to search past emails using the new search tool is a joke. It always tells me it came back with no results when I am clearly retyping the exact name of the recipient.

Abhishek Maurya Jun 26, 2014 12:41 PM (in response to JonnyLutz)Hi Jon,
I am afraid that there is no way to roll back to the older UI.
Regarding the slowness in the new UI we have reported that issue to our email provider and as per them they are working to roll out a release in a couple of hours that should take care of it.
Will keep this thread posted with updates on this.

WGIT1 Jun 27, 2014 6:15 AM (in response to cristinel@adobe)Matt (BC Staff)
I am still unable to attach PDF documents within the new webmail system. As of this morning we are still getting the message "Upload Failed" when try to attach a document.
I was able to get a 92KB PDF to attach, but when I tried to attach a 4 MB size file, it continues to say "Upload Failed"
I see that BC Status website has been updated to reflect this issue, so I will continue to watch for updates there.

10. Re: Announcing the launch of the new webmail platform
Matt Baracz Jun 29, 2014 10:17 PM (in response to LorayneMcG)@ WGIT1, I can confirm this issue has been resolved. If you're still experiencing issues, please clear your cache. Otherwise, please reach out to support and we will investigate further.
@ LorayneMcG, log into webmail > Settings > Identities > [Select your account]. On this layout, there will be a textbox available to insert your signature as HTML. Also ensure you enable the 'HTML signature' checkbox.

11. Re: Announcing the launch of the new webmail platform
LorayneMcG Jul 1, 2014 8:22 AM (in response to Matt Baracz)Thanks Matt, but I still can't get images in the email to work. I am not a coder and built this site with Adobe Muse. This is what I put in the textbox in the email signature:
<img src="http://lifestyledesignsco.com/images/LSD-Logo.jpg">
The "Only" Certified Visual Coordinator in Colorado SpringsChristine D'Alessio, CVC
[personal information removed... Mod - https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-3731]
[This is an open forum, not Adobe support, please do not post personal information]
<img src="http://lifestyledesignsco.com/images/Email-Horizontal.jpg">
I have the HTML box checked, but when you send an email just the code shows up, not the images. What am I doing wrong?
Also, now the link of her email in her signature is not working. How do I get that to work?
Thanks for your help!
Lorayne

Abhishek Maurya Jul 1, 2014 8:53 AM (in response to LorayneMcG)Hi Lorayne,
Make sure that you enable the HTML signature and then click on the HTML editor to insert the html for the image, http://prntscr.com/3yccs3 and then click on update.
Let me know if you need more clarifications on this.

LorayneMcG Jul 1, 2014 10:19 AM (in response to Abhishek Maurya)Thanks Abhishek, but I'm not a coder, so I'm not sure how to do this. I feel stupid.
I opened the html and inserted this:
<p><img alt="http://www.lifestyledesignsco.com/images/LSD-Logo.jpg" /></p>
Clicked update, then saved it. The html box is clicked on.
When I sent a test email, just the code shows up and not the image. What am I doing wrong???
