Why cant I install flash player

HI

Whenever I try to install flash player it does this -

It stays like this and I cannot close the blank window. I have tried over and over again, restarted the pc ect.

Please help I need flash player.

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
• Flash Player for Mac OS X
