Brett N Jul 4, 2014 3:59 PM (in response to pansylou)The basics are to blur the image so that the halftone dot disappear and then apply sharpening to undo the blurriness. Exact settings for either will mostly depend on the resolution of the image. Scanning at a higher resolution will always give you better results. pansylou Jul 7, 2014 12:08 PM (in response to Brett N)Thank you, Brett! I am trying to improve my knowledge of PS as I go. I haven't used it much for a while so I am having to re-learn things which I once knew. I am making a printed family album and using a commercial printing company, so I am trying to make the files the best I can. As you know this is an expensive process so do-overs probably won't happen.
