    Wrong timecode with Dragon footage

In my 23.98 timeline, I have several clips that were shot at 24.00 fps on a RED Dragon.  Premiere CC (2014) is showing the wrong timecode numbers, in the timecode display and also in exported XMLs.  If I look at the clip properties window, it shows the correct start frame.

For example, one clip shows a beginning timecode of 14:23:12:02.  If I open this clip in other software (Resolve, RedCine-X), the starting timecode is shown as 14:24:03:22.  Premiere's properties dialog shows the following (correct numbers).  This is causing a big problem, because I can't send a timeline to other software using XML.

      Red R3D Details:

      Absolute Timecode: 14:24:03:22
