Hi,
Iam encountering this problem since a couple of days. I have been using RoboHelp for the help project for almost a year now. When i click Save, RoboHelp does not respond and I have to finally kill the application and restart to make any changes. Any idea why this problem occurs and how to resolve it.
Regards,
CP.

You say that you have three projects. Are you getting the same problem with all projects of just one particular project.

If it is just one project, have you tried deleting and rebuilding the .cpd file.

Take a backup of you project, delete the cpd file then open the project using the .xpj file.

Kind Regards
Craig

Hi CP,

What version of RH are your using?
Is this only one project?
Where is your project stored (hopefully on your local drive)?
Are you using source control?

thanks
Craig
