Error encountered while copying audio stream

Dear friends,

I have just downloaded Captivate 3 to test it on my HP notebook with Windows Vista Ultimate, but everty time i try to record a new proyect at the end when it is saving it to present the working screen it generates the following error message "Error encountered while copying audio stream" I looked into the settings and it is curious that in the select audio input option all my option are disabled. Also my microphone works fine with other applications.

Does anyone knows how can I solve this problem ?

I have this same issue. But considering adobe has the worst support on the face of the planet (yes this includes all the foreign countries they outsource it to) I am stuck.

There was a time when Adobe had great support, but alas that time has totally passed!
