Won't let me download any programs

While installing the Creative Cloud onto my desktop it stopped and said "error 62" and i had to close it. I thought it was my laptop so i restarted it and did it again. Same thing happened. I went back to the site to download it again but it would pop up to let me download. I have to do something for my friend so have any advice on how to fix this?

Some other user did have the same issue and was recommended the cleantool and perform a clean install afterwards, can you check: Why do i keep on getting error 62?
