I can't download ebooks because I get a message " check activation" and don't know how.

How do I do that?

Hi, Shreya, thanks for the prompt answer. My compuer is authorized as per my ADE website, but it still won't let me download ebooks, with a message that says " check activation", which I don't know how to do.I need information on how to check activation.

Hi Gene,

You can de-authorize ADE as  "Control+Shift+D" for windows/ "command+ shift+d" for mac, and authorize ADE through menu option (Help -> authorize computer)  again with same credentials.

hope this works !
