Bill Gehrke Jul 10, 2014 6:38 PM (in response to flbreen)The GTX 680 works fine on my system with CC 2014. With two different cards installed I have seen that I might get that notice the first try of starting Premiere but the second start it works????? See if a restart of Premiere helps

flbreen Jul 11, 2014 4:53 AM (in response to Bill Gehrke)I have started PP CC 2014 several times and the Mercury Playback Engine option is always greyed out while the older version of PP CC still runs with Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration. Do you know what that notice said to do? Was it something about updating drivers?

flbreen Jul 11, 2014 5:17 AM (in response to flbreen)I went to the NVIDIA driver site to see if I needed and update. The message: NVIDIA Driver Downloads - The NVIDIA Smart Scan requires the latest version of Java Click on the 'Java' icon to install java Install Java. I clicked on the Java update and went through the process. I went back to the NVIDIA driver page and I got the same message saying I needed to update Java. What should I do?
