Tried the direct downloads, tried cleaning the system and starting from scratch, have re-started the computer multiple times, made sure that safari and all other browsers were closed before starting. Gets to about 4 percent complete off of the direct download then stops.
Computer has MobileIron on it, but there shouldn't be any restrictions on my computer from that.
Have an almost identical computer that it worked fine on on the same network I am currently connected too so firewall shouldn't be an issue.
Also tried on multiple networks.
Have also attempted on different admin accounts.
