1. Re: Copying/Duplicating elements is very slow in Edge Reflow
Vic Mitnick - Adobe Jul 15, 2014 10:55 AM (in response to FisheyeRob)Hi Rob -
We haven't heard of other users having this specific problem, although improving performance is on our backlog of future work for Reflow.
Does this happen for you only with "deep" nesting, or any nesting at all?
thanks for using Reflow.

2. Re: Copying/Duplicating elements is very slow in Edge Reflow
FisheyeRob Jul 16, 2014 1:16 AM (in response to Vic Mitnick - Adobe)Hi Vic,
Thanks for your response.
Copying and pasting a single div is fine but as soon as there are multiple nested divs it rapidly becomes very slow to copy and paste (especially if there is quite a lot on the page). Quite often we are finding that we are having to force quit Reflow because it just hangs for 10 minutes or more. Areas such as headers that are quite complex and have a lot of nested divs we are therefore forced to manually copy bit by bit.
Many thanks,
Rob.

3. Re: Copying/Duplicating elements is very slow in Edge Reflow
FisheyeRob Jul 16, 2014 1:24 AM (in response to Vic Mitnick - Adobe)Sorry Vic,
One other thing, is the ability of being able to copy from one document to another on the backlog for future work? It's great that I can now copy from page to page within the same document but we would love the ability to copy areas between files.
Many thanks,
Rob.

Vic Mitnick - Adobe Jul 16, 2014 8:48 AM (in response to FisheyeRob)Hi Rob -
Copying from one document to another would basically depend on the ability to open multiple documents at once in Reflow.
While that would be useful, I think I can safely say that it's on the backlog, but not high priority, so unlikely to happen for a while.

5. Re: Copying/Duplicating elements is very slow in Edge Reflow
Billy D Stagg Oct 22, 2014 3:18 AM (in response to FisheyeRob)This is certainly something I am also noticing. Duplicating and copying is painfully slow. I'm not sure this reply helps in anyway but thought I would also share my experience since there aren't many people that are raising the issue too.
Good work with Reflow by the way Vic!
