Bob Bringhurst Apr 21, 2014 6:45 AM (in response to ProLitho)The legacy Android viewer supports custom storefronts, but the native Android viewer does not yet have this capability. See this article:

ProLitho Apr 21, 2014 6:46 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst)According to what I read, legacy is going away. Is there plans to offer it with native in the future?

ProLitho Apr 21, 2014 6:53 AM (in response to Bob Bringhurst)Actually a related question:
I couldn't download an apk with the dps app builder, so I had to use the online version: https://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/#/main
Is this just a v30 version? I don't see the version pulldown I see in my own dps app builder. How do I make a v29 apk?

ProLitho Apr 21, 2014 7:30 AM (in response to ProLitho)Nevermind. I figured it out. I have to start a new app, not use the existing app.

Exood Jul 16, 2014 1:22 AM (in response to Neil Enns - Adobe)Are custom slots planned? For now I can only replace native library with custom one - I can't leave native library and add custom store in another slot like in iOS apps.

11. Re: Custom Storefront on Android Devices
Neil Enns - Adobe Jul 16, 2014 8:32 AM (in response to Exood)Hi Exood,
The Android viewer doesn't have a separate store and library, they are combined into one. If you would like to separate the store and library functions you'll need to do that in your custom store yourself and provide buttons, tabs, or some other UI elements in your HTML design to switch between the two views.

Neil Enns - Adobe Aug 4, 2014 10:27 AM (in response to notiles)Please start a new thread with your issue and give explicit details on what isn't working. Just saying "don't work" isn't enough What device and OS version are you trying on?
Neil
