Custom Storefront on Android Devices

I've found information that tells me my custom storefront should work on android as well, but I can't figure out how to attach it.

I see that you need to use the online dps app builder to create your app for android (https://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/#/main) instead of the standard dps app builder.

In this app builder I can see no place to attach my custom storefront zip.

What am I missing?

The legacy Android viewer supports custom storefronts, but the native Android viewer does not yet have this capability. See this article:

According to what I read, legacy is going away. Is there plans to offer it with native in the future?

Actually a related question:

I couldn't download an apk with the dps app builder, so I had to use the online version: https://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/#/main

Is this just a v30 version? I don't see the version pulldown I see in my own dps app builder. How do I make a v29 apk?

Nevermind. I figured it out. I have to start a new app, not use the existing app.

Are custom slots planned? For now I can only replace native library with custom one - I can't leave native library and add custom store in another slot like in iOS apps.

Hi Exood,

The Android viewer doesn't have a separate store and library, they are combined into one. If you would like to separate the store and library functions you'll need to do that in your custom store yourself and provide buttons, tabs, or some other UI elements in your HTML design to switch between the two views.

Custom lib generate with DPS Configurator don't work when build with https://appbuilder.digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/#/main

Please start a new thread with your issue and give explicit details on what isn't working. Just saying "don't work" isn't enough What device and OS version are you trying on?
