PhotoShop CC 2014 Closes at Launch

I get the notice below when I try to open my newly downloaded PS CC 2014.  I have attempted a fix via: MrNameloc at Re: Photoshop CC opens and then closes immediately. What gives? but it did not resolve my issue.  Please advise.  Illustrator and InDesign CC 2014 are working fine.
