This could be related to some permission issue with the associated content of the event.
Please check whether the content associated with the event is shared or private.
For duplicating a shared event (which has a private content associated), a user can duplicate such an event only when user has permission over the associated private content.

Richard Vaughan1987 Jul 17, 2014 7:07 AM (in response to ngoyal)Hi Nitin
I am afraid this is not the cause of the issue.
None of the content is private.
Any other ideas.
This sort of makes the product useless for us.Also the reports do not seem to work?
I select a report for a meeting room, I want to see the total list of attendees but nothing shows up.
The same report worked fine a week or so ago, but now nothing.....
Thanks -

Hi Richard,
In order to understand what's happening here (since the "Request Not Processed" error is generic and doesn't really tell us what's going on), add &mode=xml at the end of the string in your address bar while on the page before duplicating your event, and hit enter. The page should refresh and show a white box at the bottom of the screen with some XML data in it. Now try duplicating the event- the white box should show the full, exact error message behind "Request Not Processed".
Also, this used to happen when you duplicated an event which was in some way broken - eg, the Meeting room or Content the source event is linked to was deleted.
Thanks!
