Script Errors Installing Flash Player - Windows 8.1 Pro

I have Windows 8.1 Pro and  I installed it and was getting Adobe errors,it s not a problem with my browser !

I installed a program - result this error !

Any more suggestions ?

What version of Flash Player are you attempting to install?  The Plugin for non-IE browsers, or the ActiveX for Internet Explorer?
