When I went to play my games on facebook a couple of weeks ago it told me I had to update my flash player.  I was told that flash player would update itself and I have a new laptop and it won't do that.  I need to know what to do as it is very frustrating to me

Hi Maddie,

What operating system do you have (including the specific OS version)?

Thank you.

I have Internet Explorer. It has been a few weeks now that I have not been able to play my games on facebook because of the flash player. I was told that it would just do it automatically . My computer is about a year old and I didn’t think that would happen to it already. I hope you are able to help me out. Thanks Pam

Hello maddie,

Internet Explorer is the browser, it's not the operating system.  Follow-up questions to assist you require knowing which operating system you have.

Thank you.
