Fertim Aug 19, 2014 9:22 AM (in response to jimmy grima)Hi, Maybe it is the same problem that I have, I'm from Argentina, I bought it for one year "Creative Cloud", and when I start my Prosite, I get back the payment plans again.
I made several visits for technical support and got no response, also called on the phone to Adobe for my country, and no one answers.
I'm annoyed by this !.

I just let the agent assigned to that ticket know that he should follow-up with you again for more information. It's most effective to work these issues out in a one-on-one ticket.
