jeffrey.holt Jul 22, 2014 11:40 AM (in response to jeffrey.holt)The problem can be resolved by going to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe and rename the OOBE folder to OOBE_old. Re-install Application Manager, and don't run it. Then re-install Captivate, select Try, login if necessary to Adobe, and that's it. Captivate should run. Application Manager should not report errors about not having ACC either.
