How to uninstall Adobe CC on broken computer?

    kenny_adobe Community Member

I have an iMac 2008 computer which broke the other day. I can't fix it, i have adobe software from CS4 to current CC on that computer. I also have a macbook pro which works. So basically I have adobe products on both which is the limit. In the future obviously I would like to put CC on my future iMac.

Also why is there no customer service via the phone? It's horrible trying to connect with someone from adobe via the phone.

That easy, it's just like itunes in a sense that, if you go over the limit it warns you, and it gives you the option that to unauthorize all of you computers, and then when you log on the computer that works, you can still authorize that as your second computer.  I think it goes by IP address or something like that, that's why I suggested this method.  I would be more concerned about getting all of your documents and projects from the broken imac.  Let me know how that works, if you need help with the process, just let me know.

            Hi,

In order to deactivate it you can get in touch with Adobe customer service.

The phone number for customer service would be: 1800-642-3623

            Thank You
