I need help about flash player.

When I load this programme called Xsplit it comes up with this message about me not having flash player, then when I actually download flash player and run it says "Only single instance of this application can run"

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)
• Flash Player for Mac OS X

then restart your system and run the downloaded installer before doing anything else.
