installed, can't access settings, some animations not visible

I'm using Win 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.  Installed the latest Flash player.  Some animations are not visible at all.  Can't access Settings Manager (I can go to the site...but no options are visible).  Confirmed installation was successful.  No idea what's going on.  Any help is appreciated.  Yes, it's enabled in the Add-Ons.  I did disable ActiveX Filtering already.  Thanks.
