-      I just installed flash player v 14. I've got Windows 7, IE 11. Flash Player's not working. It says it's installed in Windows Add/Remove programs, and enabled in IE Tools/Manage Add-Ons.

What exactly means "not working"?  Do you have ActiveX Filtering enabled?  See https://forums.adobe.com/thread/867968
