Email notification to multiple recipients

How in forms central do i send an email notification to multiple recipients? The form created is completed by the employee, and we need it to be sent to the employee, their supervisor, and a departmental address.

You can send email notifications to a fixed set of recipients that you define for each form. We do not support conditional email notifications in Formscentral. Please see How do I allow others to receive email notifications when responses are received? for more info on adding notification recipients.
