I am on Windows 8.1, using Internet Explorer 11.
The Flash Player on my browser works just fine, but when I try to use it outside my browser,
anything I use says I must first install FlashPlayer. when I go to the Adobe website to download it,
it doesn't allow me to since it is already integrated into the browser.
I have tried to use every browser I have on my computer, and they all pull up with the same ting.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated
Anthony.

Hi Anthony,
On Windows 8.x, only the version of Flash Player for Internet Explorer is embedded in the browser. If you have other browsers, such as Firefox, you can install the plugin version of Flash Player. Just navigate to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer using Firefox. That page uses OS/browser detection logic to offer the appropriate version of Flash Player based on OS and browser. Google Chrome also embeds Flash Player so if you have Chrome browser there is no need to install a separate non-embedded version.

I am not sure what you mean by "unintegrated"; the standalone player (Projector) to play local swf files?
You can download it from https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html
Note that the Projector download is the player, not an installer, so you will have to make the .swf file association manually.
