Fail in Chrome

Its because of the issue mentioned in this post - BUG: transform-origin not properly being set for Chrome v36

We will be posting an update soon with the fix for this issue.

Sorry we were not able to get back to you on this earlier because of our really busy schedules. I was looking at the the sample today to check the issue and it seems to be working correctly on chrome 37. I know it is very late, but just wanted to know if you are still facing the issue?

I also have an animation that worked fine in all browsers since April but stopped working in Chrome in August.  I have updated my Edge CC and republished the file.  It still works fine in Safari and Firefox but not in Chrome.  I have cleared the Chrome cache and it still won't work.  Is there any thing else that I can do?  We can't publish the site until this is fixed.

Try and get the latest update that corrects the Chrome issues.

We checked your sample content and found that the issue is related to transform-origin bug, that we fixed in the latest Edge Animate CC 2014.0.1 update. Please try it out and see if it resolves your issue.

Thanks so much for your response.  I am up-to-date on my cloud updates so I thought that would do it.  I have also been trying the update link on the Adobe website for the last  couple of days but the download link for the update does not work.  Do you have a link to the upgrade that may be more successful?

Thank you for your help!  There was an issue with my Animate, it would not update.  After talking to customer support, an uninstall and reinstall did the trick and the animation is working!!!  Thank you, thank you!  Great way to start the weekend.  Thanks again for all of your help and have a wonderful weekend!!
