1. Re: Create box outside container / multiple containers
Chris Bank - ReflowDev Aug 6, 2014 9:48 AM (in response to emkedouwe)The easiest way to do this is to make the current container 100% and then just have the two outside columns represent the outside space you want to have. They start stacking your own containers in there. The grid in Reflow is most like a guide so it doesn't matter too much if you have those extra columns on the side if you are adding your own containers.
Hope that helps and thanks for using Reflow!

emkedouwe Aug 7, 2014 1:06 PM (in response to Chris Bank - ReflowDev)That would do the trick but it's a little bit a shame that the grid is than almost useless while the grid is one off the powerfull options in Reflow.
I also miss some CSS options like background-size: cover; for example.

3. Re: Create box outside container / multiple containers
Luke ZXCV Aug 7, 2014 7:04 PM (in response to emkedouwe)I'm with you here. I've essentially turned off the grid for all of my designs as a result.
My other gripe with the grid is that the gutters are only able to be set in %. Type size isn't set in %, the gaps between blocks of text shouldn't be either.
