Are you referring to the process whereby Robohelp attempts to see if there are any product updates? If you are using version X5 or before, try ensuring the "Automatically check for updates" option is not selected. This attempts to access a server that no longer exists.

This is in a brand new installation of RoboHelp 6. The Adobe updater opens but makes no progress and can only be closed with the rt. corner close topic box.
