pwillener Aug 11, 2014 6:46 PM (in response to janefrasier)First thing you should try is to update Reader to the latest version 11.0.07.
If that does not help, can you give us access to such a form; see https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1408375

janefrasier Aug 12, 2014 2:27 PM (in response to pwillener)We use a KACE appliance to push updates to our computers and the 11.0.07 one has not been successful. I am contacting them for assistance. Thanks for your time.

janefrasier Sep 18, 2014 11:51 AM (in response to pwillener)I uninstalled reader 11.0.03. I downloaded the latest installer which is 11.0.8.4 (AdbeRdr11008_en_US). It was an .exe but I used WINRAR to extract the files to use the .msi to install. I ran the installation successfully but Control Panel | Programs shows that it is version 11.0.0.0 and I don’t see within the program if a 11.08 is shown there.
So did version 11.0.08 get installed?
Thanks.

AbhigyanModi Sep 19, 2014 1:56 AM (in response to janefrasier)On Window 7, control panel should say "Adobe Reader XI (11.0.09)". Did you uninstall Reader 11.0.3 before installing the newer version? If not, you need to do that first.

janefrasier Sep 19, 2014 7:45 AM (in response to AbhigyanModi)I did uninstall 11.03. My installation package was created with Adobe Customization Wizard. This morning I looked at the .mst using ORCA and their was a property that was showing the version 11.0. Shouldn't that have been caught in the Customization Wizard?
I am ok now.
Thanks.
