Captivate 6 - Quiz freezes on LMS, but Preview is fine

We are trying to upload a presentation to our LMS and when we reach the first quiz question (and answer the question) the screen goes blank and the presentation freezes.

When we run the same presentation in Preview, it runs fine, including the Quiz questions.

Also, the video clip runs fine in Preview, but just goes on loading forever when published on the LMS.

I am sure I have some settings wrong, but any help would be very much appreciated.

I don't know why the screen is going blank and the presentation freezing, but I had a similar loading issue for a video clip. All I had to do was rename the video file without capital letters. Changing it from the original name to "recordingvideo_help" fixed that loading issue for me. That's my only suggestions, so I hope it works for you or someone else knows the answer.
