having trouble with last step of downloading flash player

I follow all the steps like required. i get to the step where I "double click" to install. It opens and it asks me to enter my Username and Password. It doesn't  recognize my password! I have reset my password on the adobe site and everything. not sure what else to do.

You need to enter your computer's Administrator password.
