uploading files to cc

I've tried dragging an In-design file containing a newsletter to the cloud to pass on to a colleague, but it won't work. Neither does it work through upload file

can you provide more detail?

What are the exact steps?

What error message do you get (both on the web and using the Creative Cloud Desktop app). If you have a screenshot, that would be great?

What size is the file?

What platform are you on?

It did eventually work, just not straight away probably because of file
size. Thanks for taking an interest i my problem
