deleted presets, still doesn't work.

talked to tech support and they had me do a few rename .olds and disable a lot of things but still does not work.
What can i do?

hi, you need to quit all adobe apps, then find hosts file, rename it to hosts-old (in case you need to restore it, by renaming hosts-old back to hosts) restart your computer, go to applications folder and start photoshop and Lightroom from there (you might want to create shortcuts as usually)

i tried that to, i reset my hosts file. still doesn't work.

Have you had Photoshop / Lightroom installed before ?
