Cannot install latest version .176 please help

All I get is the nifty brown screen of death on the installation screen.  No progress whatsoever.  The last time I had this problem, you sent me the link for both offline Windows 7 installation.  I have multiple browsers, so I would need active X and plug in both.  Could you please provide the links for both?  It would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
