Installing Flash Player

I have a brand new computer and there shouldn't be any problem with downloading and installing Flash Player, but I am. It says I am missing a important windows file.

Does it say what file is missing?

Try these installers:

• Flash Player for ActiveX (Internet Explorer)
• Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

No it doesn’t. I am sending you a capture of the message that I get. A Dell IT Tech said I shouldn’t have to upgrade to Flash Player. But I have always had to to that before, so that doesn’t make any since to me.
