I have my ADOBE ID associate with an old and inactive email.
When I tried to log in the system ask me to reset the password and tell me that the instructions is being sending to the email acoount.
The trouble is that this is an OLD AN INACTIVE EMAIL that no exists anymore and I CANT access to the adobe id .
I need my ADOBE ID to read my old ebooks I bought in the provider BAJALIBROS. So, I ask ADOBE to upgrade my ADOBE ID, with the same info that I allways used but upgrading my email address and it would be very difficult.

I believe you need to contact Adobe at this page : Adobe ID, sign in, and account help
