how can i open the app?

from what i have read i believe you have to drag the gaming sdk folder into your adobe flash folder, or open the gaming sdk folder whilst in adobe flash. Im not 100% sure how correct my answer is in all honesty i just researched it quickly

Gaming SDK gets installed as a folder on your machine and you can find it:

on Windows at C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe Gaming SDK 1.3

and on Mac at:

Applications\Adobe Gaming SDK 1.3

The adobe gaming SDK is nothing but a bunch of demos and samples, aka "Plugins".  If you want to start building games open up Flash Pro CC and start a new project with "Air to iOS".  That should get you started.
