isakten Aug 25, 2014 12:46 PM (in response to ubose)It seems to me that when you added Open Password to the document you also added Permissions Password. Now you may not remember that but that's what most likely has happened. It is possible that you entered the same password for Open and Permissions Passwords. If this is not the case and the two are different you cannot change the document security without entering Permissions Password. If you do not remember (even do not remember setting it), the, well, that's it. No way out.
