Hi,

Thanks for the additional information.  Do you have IE 11?  If so, it could be an IE issue as Microsoft has changed their UserAgent string which contains identifying information most web developers use to identify browsers and display content within those browsers.

Can you post a screenshot (How to post a screenshot in the forum) of the contents of the C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash directory (and C:\Windows\SysWow64\Macromed\Flash if 64-bit OS)?
