Regarding Presenter 10, how can I get a file that is compatible to upload to the internet?

If you publish it locally as a to a zip file, you can then upload that zip to a web server.

Alternatively, you can publish as a PDF and upload that. The PDF publishing is the only method to get a file that is uploadable.
