All correct except that you now only get 2GB of cloud storage, not 20GB (those who signed up when it was 20 get to keep the "extra" 18GB).

You never really "own" any software. You simply purchase a license to use it. However, in the case of the CC program, you never own a license for the software. It is a perpetual monthly expense. As long as you continue paying you will have full access to the software. The big benefit of the CC program is that you will always have the latest versions of the software without having to pay any additional fees.

2gb is for the free account that lets you trial all the apps. It increases to 20gb once you subscribe.
Of course, you get all the regular updates whilst subscribing.

Are you sure? That's not what I recall reading when Adobe announced that they'd made the Photography Program into a permanent offering (rather than the limited time deal it initially was). There seems to be differing opinions on the web (nothing new there!) but the consensus on this thread seems to be that it is now 2GB. Anyway, still a good deal regardless IMO.

OK the 20gb of storage was included with the Photography Program. This has now changed to the Photography Plan which no longer includes the Behance site and now comes with only 2gb of storage.

That was changed by Adobe in June this year.
The initial Photoshop Photography Plan in 2013 was offered with 20GB storage to subscribers.
The new Creative Cloud Photography Plan (released in June 2014) now comes with only 2GB storage to subscribers.
