    Our InDesign seems to have lost the ability to open/edit PDFs. Any idea on why this might have happened or how to fix it?


      We had to install InDesign CS6 recently on a Windows 8 machine and after using the program successfully for a few days/weeks the user noted that she can no longer open/edit PDFs. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how I can fix it. If I uninstall and re-install the program will I be able to use my existing license?
