Captivate 3 - Assessment Mode

I've recorded an assessment mode of a software simulation but cannot get the user results ("the grade") to display. Is this even possible or are grades only reflected from quiz slides?

Hi Dianne1121 and welcome to the community.

Open Quizz / Quizz Preferances from the menu and check your output options there, secondly, just check that your user interactions (click boxes, text boxes etc.) have got points assigned to them and that these points are to be added to the total as a zero point assessment cannot return any results.

Hopefully the above will fix your problem.
