The hope is that we get it in the upcoming Acrobat XII release, but at this point it's still not known for sure...
But as Adobe has been methodically upgrading almost all of their creative apps to native 64-bit versions in recent years, it would seem timely.

I'm curious as to what you believe you would gain from such a change? It isn't like Photoshop, able to benefit from limitless memory.
