    2 albums still loading/updating after 24 hrs.  what gives

      I've moved two collections to the Mobile Albums folder in Elements 12. They appear as dark covers on the Revel site, and show as "Updating" in Elements 12.  This after 24 hrs -- obviously a problem somewhere.  Any ideas on how to fix?

          Hi Dave0518,

          I would be needing some info here like:

          - Are you working on PSE12? If so, please upgrade to PSE12.1.

          - Which is your platform?

          - How may media is uploaded from Elements Organizer?

          - When you double click the mobile album on Revel site, are you able to see media in there?

          - Are you seeing any red icon adjacent to mobile album in left panel in Elements Organizer? If yes, what does it say?

          - Try restarting the Revel agent (from Adobe Revel preferences section). See if it helps in resolving the issue.

            Ok it seems the Revel website is busy loading up EVERYTHING!  I get it now - it's going by the Catalog, not the folders.  I've unchecked the PSE12.1 "Automatically access all my catalog media in Revel" box, but she's still super busy.  BUT now I do see that a lot has been uploaded.

             

            - Platform is Win 8.1, HP Touchsmart All in One i7 16GB

            - Over 10K pictures and 200 videos; videos mostly short shots of 1 min, but maybe 10 at an hour

            - See media on Revel site - Yes and No - clicking on the Albums on the Revel site you see many ok, but some are"blacked out" because they're still being uploaded (I guess)

            - HERE'S ONE PLACE I NEED HELP: the red icon says Network Too Slow or Lost, which is true; I had inadvertently turned off the wireless router. So, how do I get the uploading work to restart?

              Dave,

              Once Organizer has marked media to be uploaded to Revel, it won't stop untill all are uploaded. So in your case even if you turned Automatic options to OFF, it would ensure that  newly imported media is not uploaded to Revel but the previoulsy marked media will be uploaded to Revel.

              Don't worry about it. Just connect the internet back and in some time, Organizer will hide the 'network error'. Please let me know if you see the error even after connecting internet'.
