I have installed the 32-bit version of Powerpoint 2013.  I had the trial version of Presenter 10 installed and it worked great.  Then two days ago I bought Presenter 10 for $499 from Adobe and now when I try to run the Adobe Presenter 10 the buttons and Presenter to record do not show up at the top of the screen.  The Adobe Presenter PowerPoint COMM Addin was disabled.  I have enable it several times.  I every time I go to launch my Powerpoint presentation it disables the Addin and I can see the buttons to run Presenter 10.  Help?

I'd recommend you call support and see if they can identify the issue, 800-945-9120. You might also try uninstalling and reinstalling Presenter to see if there is something that got corrupted, and that fixes it.
