msvcr110.dll error

Tried to update to the newest version of Flash Player. The file in question is on the computer in two locations, including WOW64 which someone online said that's where Flash looks for the file.

The really bothersome problem is that the error message won't go away until I reboot the computer.. And yes, I tried reinstalling, but that didn't work.

Any ideas?

Reinstall the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

The file may be there, but it may not be correctly registered.
