i have problems installing flash player

i have  a mac mini o s x 10.9.4, flash player installer down loade up to 97 % and then it stops, what do i do -,faustmagic@aol.com

I could point you to the offline installer, but since it will soon be unavailable publicly, I will let the Flash Player team handle this.

We have received several of these reports but have been unable to reproduce.  To bypass this, you can use the offline installer posted at the bottom of the Installation problems | Flash Player | Mac page.
